Course Overview

A truly unique and transformational 10 day course which allows you to completely submerge yourself into the deep rooted traditions and ancient arts of yoga, cleansing and meditation through a systematic technique based on Yogic science and Asanga’s (the founding principal) wealth of experience.

Holidays are essential in everyone's life. The way we spend our holidays is even more important than the holidays themselves. They should relax, rejuvenate, revitalize and lift us spiritually.

The 10 day Sadhana Yoga Holiday fits this criteria perfectly as our courses can be tailor made to meet your specific needs in order to achieve this rest and revitalization.

Course includes

Whole body massage, yoga teaching, 11 nights accommodation, dinner on the night of your arrival, filtered water, breakfast, tea, lunch, snacks, dinner and breakfast prior to your departure.

Day 1 (Arrival day)

Chanting, evening yoga (one hour and half), dinner and candle light meditation


Day 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7

You will follow all the programs from morning meditation till candle light meditation at 8:00 pm. Please check this

Day 8, 9 and 10

You will follow fasting and silence for three days together with all the activities at the centre. See below for fasting schedule.

Day 8

Breakfast – 2 apples, honey lemon water and juice
Lunch – 2 apples, honey lemon water and juice
Dinner – 2 apples, honey lemon water and juice

 Day 9

Breakfast – 1 apple, honey lemon water and juice
Lunch – 1 apple, honey lemon water and juice
Dinner – 1 apple, honey lemon water and juice

Day 10

Breakfast – honey lemon water and juice
Lunch – honey lemon water and juice
Dinner – honey lemon water and juice

 Day 11

Eleventh day is the great day on which you will flush entire digestive system following the yogic technique called Shankha-Prakshalan (gastro-flushing)


Day 12

Morning of the 12th day at 8:30am is farewell breakfast and departure
