INTENSIVE HATHA YOGA (22D/22N $1232)

Course Overview

The intensive Hatha Yoga course is created with the idea to cleanse the mind, deal with our emotions and even change our personalities to become more positive and at peace with ourselves. This can be achieved by slowly changing the complexities and human patterns of behavior, which cause pain and suffering.

As it is an intensive course for 21 days, we have divided it into weekly programs over the course of three weeks.

FIRST WEEK OF SEVEN DAYS

During this first week you will be participating in regular Yoga and Meditation classes in preparation for week two.

SECOND WEEK OF SEVEN DAYS

During week two you will go through the following Cleansing and Fasting Diet

Fasting Schedule

First day of fasting
Breakfast – 2 apples, honey lemon water and juice
Lunch – 2 apples, honey lemon water and juice
Dinner – 2 apples, honey lemon water and juice

Second day of fasting

Breakfast – 1 apple, honey lemon water and juice
Lunch – 1 apple, honey lemon water and juice
Dinner – 1 apple, honey lemon water and juice


Third day of fasting

Breakfast – honey lemon water and juice
Lunch – honey lemon water and juice
Dinner – honey lemon water and juice

4th Day: Gastro-intestinal flushing


5th Day: Back to normal diet and yoga practice

6th Day: Back to normal diet and yoga practice

7th Day: Back to normal diet and yoga practice


Note: On the Fasting days participant can join in with the Yoga, Meditation and any other activities as far as their energy allows, but on the 3rd day of Fasting you shouldn't force much for the physical activities.

THIRD WEEK OF SEVEN DAYS

During the third week you will be doing a completely different practice than the regular course. This week is for lots of Yoga practice and self discipline. Seven different lessons will be taught in the seven days, which you will then have to practice each lesson four times a day.

Course includes

Whole body massage, yoga teaching, accommodation, dinner on the night of your arrival, clean water, breakfast, tea, lunch, snacks and dinner each day (except for those days when you will be Fasting), breakfast prior to departure.
